紫色胡萝卜营养功效及栽培技术浅谈

摘要 本文作者从紫色胡萝卜的市场前景、特征特性、营养功效等方面进行了阐述,并从品种选择、定植、田间管理、病虫害防治及采后处理等方面介绍了紫色胡萝卜的栽培技术,为高海拔冷凉山区的紫色胡萝卜种植户提供参考。
