三种HIV抗原/抗体检测方法对HIV早期感染检测的诊断效果分析

Diagnostic Effect of Three HIV Antigen/Antibody Detection Methods for Early HIV Infection

目的探讨分析三种HIV抗原/抗体检测方法对HIV早期感染检测的诊断效果.方法2018年2月至2019年3月,选择3452份血液样本作为泊头市医院检验科研究对象,选用2种第4代HIV试剂盒与1种第3代HIV试剂盒进行检测,观察比较检测结果.结果(1)试剂盒A检测HIV感染,灵敏度为100%,特异度99.67%;试剂盒B检测HIV感染,灵敏度100%,特异度99.55%;(2)试剂盒A检测窗口期平均13.5d,试剂盒B平均15.25d,试剂盒C平均18.25d,核心抗原P24检测平均9.25d.结论这次研究的2种第4代HIV抗体试剂盒对HIV感染的检测能力较高,灵敏度高,且可提前HIV感染检出的窗口期,为用血的安全性提供保障.

Objective To explore and analyze the diagnostic effects of three HIV antigen/antibody detection methods on early HIV infection.Methods From February 2018 to March 2019,3452 blood samples were selected as subjects.Two fourth-generation HIV kits and one third-generation HIV kit were used to detect and compare the results.Results The sensitivity and specificity of kit A for HIV infection were 100%and 99.67%.The sensitivity and specificity of kit B for HIV infection were 100%and 99.55%.The average window period of kit A was 13.5 days,the average time of kit B was 15.25 days,the average time of kit C was 18.25 days and the average time of P24 was 9.25 days.Conclusion The two fourth-generation HIV antibody kits in this study had a high detection ability and sensitivity for HIV infection,and can advance the window period of HIV infection detection,so as to ensure the safety of blood use.
