锁定板在胫骨远端骨折微创手术中的应用效果

摘要 目的探讨锁定板微创经皮内固定治疗胫骨远端骨折的临床疗效.方法选取2015年5月至2019年5月三穗县中医医院收治的60例胫骨远端骨折的患者,按内固定材料分为微创组及常规组,各30例.微创组采用微创经皮锁定板内固定,常规组采用常规切开解剖钢板内固定,比较两组临床效果.结果微创组优良率明显高于常规组(86.67%vs.73.33%,P<0.05).微创组手术时间、术中出血量、骨折愈合时间少于常规组(P<0.05).微创组并发症发生率低于常规组(6.67%vs.23.33%,P<0.05).结论微创经皮锁定板内固定治疗胫骨远端骨折更利于踝关节功能的恢复,且可缩短手术时间,减少术中出血量,降低术后并发症的发生,安全性、有效性更高. Objective To investigate the clinical effect of minimally invasive percutaneous locking plate internal fixation for the treatment of distal tibia fractures.Methods A total of 60 patients admitted to Sansui County Chinese Medicine Hospital from May 2015 to May 2019 were divided into two groups according to internal fixation material,30 cases in each group.The minimally invasive group adopted minimally invasive percutaneous locking plate internal fixation,and the conventional group adopted conventional incision anatomical plate internal fixation.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The excellent and good rate in the minimally invasive group was higher than that in the conventional group(86.67%vs.73.33%,P<0.05).The operation time,intraoperative blood loss and fracture healing time of the minimally invasive group were less than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complication was lower in the minimally invasive group than that in the conventional group(6.67%vs.23.33%,P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive percutaneous locking plate internal fixation for the treatment of distal tibia fracture was more conducive to the recovery of ankle function,and can shorten the operation time and reduce the intraoperative blood loss and incidence of complication,with a higher safety and effectiveness.
