锁定钢板内固定治疗胫骨平台骨折的应用及临床预后分析

Analysis of Application and Clinical Prognosis of Locking Plate Internal Fixation for Treatment of Tibial Plateau Fracture

目的探讨锁定钢板内固定治疗胫骨平台骨折的应用及临床预后.方法选取2015年5月至2018年11月邳州中铁二局二处医院收治的30例胫骨平台骨折患者,随机数字表法分为对照组与实验组,每组15例.对照组采用传统解剖钢板内固定治疗,实验组进行锁定钢板内固定术手术,比较两组治疗效果.结果实验组有效率高于对照组(P<0.05).手术后实验组Rasmussen评分优于对照组(P<0.05).实验组手术出血、疼痛程度低于对照组(P<0.05).结论锁定钢板内固定术手术效果优于传统解剖钢板,其实施创伤轻,出血少,疼痛轻,可更好改善关节功能.

Objective To inv=estigate the application and clinical prognosis of locking plate internal fixation for the treatment of tibial plateau fractures.Methods A total of 30 patients with tibial plateau fractures were selected from May 2015 to November 2018 in two hospitals of Pizhou No.2 Railway Bureau.They were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,15 cases each group.The control group was treated with traditional anatomical plate internal fixation,while the experimental group was treated with locking plate internal fixation.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Rasmussen score of experimental group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).The degree of bleeding and pain in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The operation effect of locking plate is better than that of traditional anatomic plate.It can improve the joint function with less trauma,less bleeding and less pain.
