经皮椎体成形术用于老年骨质疏松性脊柱骨折的临床疗效

Effect of Percutaneous Vertebroplasty in the Treatment of Elderly Patients with Osteoporotic Spinal Fractures

目的研究经皮椎体成形术在老年骨质疏松性脊柱骨折患者的治疗效果.方法选取昆山市中医医院2017年5月至2019年5月收治的30例老年骨质疏松性脊柱骨折患者为研究对象,使用随机数字法分为实验组和对照组,每组15例.实验组患者采用经皮椎体成形术方法进行治疗,对照组患者采用传统保守治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果及治疗满意度.结果实验组患者的治疗效果及满意度明显高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论经皮椎体成形术方法相比于传统的治疗方法治疗效果较好,可以有效提高患者的治疗有效率及治疗满意度.

Objective To study the therapeutic effect of percutaneous vertebroplasty in elderly patients with osteoporotic spinal fractures.Methods A total of 30 cases of elderly patients with osteoporotic spinal fracture admitted to Kunshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2017 to May 2019 were selected as the study subjects and were divided into an experimental group and a control group with a random number method,15 cases per group.The patients in the experimental group were treated with percutaneous vertebroplasty,while the patients in the control group were treated with traditional conservative treatment.The therapeutic effect and treatment satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The treatment effect and treatment satisfaction of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the data differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The percutaneous vertebroplasty method had a better therapeutic effect than traditional treatment methods,which can improve the effective rate and treatment satisfaction of patients.
