氧化钙制剂在牙体牙髓疾病氢治疗中的临床应用

Clinical Application Value of Calcium Hydroxide Preparation in Treatment of Dental Pulp Diseases

目的观察氢氧化钙制剂治疗方案应用于牙体牙髓疾病患者牙科治疗中的效果.方法选取2016年5月至2018年6月连云港市第一人民医院收治的牙体牙髓疾病患者76例作为本次研究的对象,采取奇偶分组法,将所有参与研究的患者分为对照组和实验组,各38例.对照组采取常规根管治疗后修复方案,实验组患者则在此基础上加用氢氧化钙制剂进行诊间消毒.对比两组患者的治疗总有效率以及治疗满意度,评价应用意义.结果实验组治疗总有效率为92.11%,对照组治疗总有效率为63.16%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组患者疼痛感较对照组更轻,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论在对牙体牙髓疾病患者进行手术治疗时,应用氢氧化钙制剂治疗方案,能够有助于提高患者的治疗效果.

Objective To observe the application effect of calcium hydroxide preparation in dental treatment of patients with dental pulp diseases.Methods Totally 76 cases of patients with dental pulp disease admitted to lianyungang first people's hospital from May 2016 to June 2018 were selected as the objects of this study.All the patients involved in the study were divided into control group and experimental group with 38 cases each.The control group was treated with a routine root canal repair program,while the experimental group was sterilized with calcium hydroxide.The total treatment efficiency and treatment satisfaction of the two groups were compared to evaluate the application significance.Results The total effective rate was 92.11%in the experimental group and 63.16%in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The pain in the experimental group was lighter than that in the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the surgical treatment of patients with dental pulp disease,the application of calcium hydroxide preparation treatment can help to improve the treatment effect of patients.
