电视胸腔镜辅助下行胸膜纤维板剥脱术治疗慢性脓胸的临床效果观察

Clinical Effect of Video-Assisted Thoracoscopic Descending Pleural Fiberboard Exfoliation in the Treatment of Chronic Empyema

目的探究电视胸腔镜辅助下行胸膜纤维板剥脱术治疗慢性脓胸的临床疗效.方法选取重庆市合川区人民医院2015年1月至2019年8月收治的80例慢性脓胸患者作为研究对象,并将其随机分至两组,研究组在电视胸腔镜辅助下实施胸膜纤维板剥脱术,对照组实施常规开胸手术.治疗后对两组患者治疗效果和临床指标进行调查.结果研究组治疗显效患者21例,有效患者17例,无效患者2例,总有效率高达95.00%,对照组治疗显效10例,有效患者22例,无效患者8例,总有效率仅为80.00%,数据经检验,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者手术时间,术中出血量、胸腔引流量及住院时间均显著低于对照组患者,数据经检验差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).讨论采用电视胸腔镜辅助下胸膜纤维板剥脱术治疗慢性脓胸,可有效改善患者临床表现,加快术后恢复,效果显著.

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of thoracoscopic assisted descending pleural fiberboard exfoliation in the treatment of chronic empyema.Methods A tatol of 80 patients with chronic empyema treated in the people's hospital of hechuan district of chongqing from January 2015 to August 2019 were selected as the study objects,and they were randomly divided into two groups.the study group performed pleural fiberboard stripping with tv thoracoscopic assistance,and the control group performed routine thoracotomy.After treatment,the therapeutic effect and clinical index of the two groups were investigated.Results In the study group,there were 21 patients,17 effective patients,2 invalid patients,the total effective rate was as high as 95.00%,the control group was 10 effective patients,22 effective patients,8 invalid patients,the total effective rate was only 80.00%,the data was tested,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the patients in the study group were significantly lower than the control group,the data were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of chronic empyema with thoracoscopic assisted pleural fiberboard stripping can effectively improve the clinical manifestation and accelerate the recovery after operation.
