关节镜手术治疗膝关节半月板损伤的疗效及优点分析

The Effect and Advantages of Arthroscopic Surgery on Meniscus injury of Knee Joint

目的分析在膝关节半月板损伤的患者中应用关节镜手术的治疗疗效.方法选取山东省泰安市新汶矿业集团中心医院2018年8月至2019年8月收治的膝关节半月板损伤的患者98例,随机分为观察组与对照组,各49例.对照组采用传统的手术治疗方式,给予观察组关节镜手术进行治疗.对比两组患者的临床治疗疗效、膝关节功能评分及并发症的发生率.结果观察组患者的疗效高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的膝关节功能评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论在膝关节半月板损伤的患者中,应用关节镜手术进行治疗,疗效显著,能明显促进患者膝关节功能的恢复.

Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of arthroscopic surgery on meniscus injury of knee joint.Methods Totally 98 patients with meniscus injury of knee joint were randomly divided into observation group and control group from August 2018 to August 2019 in Xinwen Mining Group Central Hospital of Taian City,Shandong Province.The control group was treated with traditional surgical treatment,and the observation group was treated with arthroscopy.The clinical efficacy,knee function score and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The effect of the patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the knee function score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the patients with meniscus injury of knee joint,arthroscopic operation can significantly improve the recovery of knee joint function.
