微创小切口人工全髋关节置换术对股骨头坏死患者术后康复及髋关节功能的影响

Effects of Minimally Invasive Small Incision Artificial Total Hip Arthroplasty on Postoperative Rehabilitation and Hip Function in Patients with Femoral Head Necrosis

目的分析微创小切口人工全髋关节置换术对股骨头坏死患者术后康复及髋关节功能的影响.方法选取滦州市中医医院2017年9月至2019年5月收治的86例股骨头坏死患者,依照手术方案分为对照组和观察组,各43例.对照组行传统股骨头置换术治疗,观察组行微创小切口人工全髋关节置换术治疗,比较两组住院时间、术前及术后3个月髋关节功能.结果观察组住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后3个月,观察组Harris髋关节功能评分量表(HHS评分)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论微创小切口人工全髋关节置换术治疗股骨头坏死,能缩短患者住院时间,促进髋关节功能恢复.

Objective To analyze the effect of minimally invasive small incision artificial total hip arthroplasty on postoperative rehabilitation and hip joint function in patients with femoral head necrosis.Methods From September 2017 to May 2019,Totally 86 patients with necrosis of femoral head were selected in Luanzhou traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital,according to the operation plan,43 cases each.The traditional femoral head replacement was performed in the control group,and the minimally invasive small incision total hip arthroplasty was performed in the observation group.Results The length of stay in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).At 3 months after operation,the Harris hip function score scale(HHS score)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive small incision artificial total hip arthroplasty for femoral head necrosis can shorten the length of hospital stay and promote hip function recovery.It is worthy of clinical application.
