草酸艾司西酞普兰与盐酸帕罗西汀对抑郁症患者的疗效比较

Comparison of Effects between Escitalopram Oxalate and Paroxetine Hydrochloride in Treatment of Depression

目的比较草酸艾司西酞普兰(Esc)与盐酸帕罗西汀(PX)对抑郁症患者的疗效.方法选取2017年2月至2019年6月北京市怀柔安佳医院收治的94例抑郁症患者,根据随机数字法分A组和B组,均47例(最终每组45例),A组给予Esc治疗,B组给予PX治疗.比较两组疗效,利用认知功能评定量表(LOTCA)评估认知功能,利用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD-17)评估患者的抑郁程度.结果A组总有效率高于B组,不良反应发生率低于B组(P<0.05).治疗后,两组的抑郁评分均低于治疗前,认知功能评分均高于治疗前,且A组均优于B组(P<0.05).结论Esc治疗抑郁症患者的效果优于PX.

Objective To compare the effects between escitalopram oxalate(Esc)and paroxetine hydrochloride(PX)in the treatment of depression.Methods A total of 94 patients with depression admitted to Beijing Huairou Anjia Hospital from February 2017 to June 2019 were divided into group A and group B according to the random number method,with 47 patients in each group(finally 45 in each group).Group A was treated with Esc and group B was treated with PX.The curative effects of the two groups were compared.The cognitive function was assessed using the cognitive function rating scale(LOTCA)and the degree of depression was assessed using the Hamilton depression scale(HAMD-17).Results The total effective rate of group A was higher than that of group B,and the adverse reaction rate was lower than that of group B(P<0.05).After treatment,the depression scores of both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the cognitive function scores were higher than those before treatment,and group A was better than group B(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of Esc for patients with depression was better than PX.
