他汀类药物应用于慢性心力衰竭治疗的疗效观察

Analysis of the Efficacy of Statins in the Treatment of Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

目的分析他汀类药物在治疗慢性心力衰竭患者过程中的疗效.方法将2017年7月至2019年7月太仓市沙溪人民医院接收的50例慢性心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,根据单盲分组法将其分成两个组别(对照组和研究组),对照组采用常规治疗,研究组在常规治疗的基础上予以他汀类药物,观察并对比两组患者临床治疗的效果.结果通过对两组患者施以不同治疗方式,可知研究组患者临床治疗总有效率为96%,显著高于对照组的76%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且研究组患者在左心射血分数值和6min步行距离方面的数据,显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论慢性心力衰竭患者在治疗过程中应用他汀类药物,能够明显改善患者临床症状,有利于促进患者康复.

Objective To analyze the efficacy of statins in the treatment of patients with chronic heart failure.Methods A total of 50 patients with chronic heart failure received in our hospital from July 2017 to July 2019 were divided into control group and study group according to the single blind grouping method,and the control group was treated with routine therapy.The study group was given statins on the basis of routine treatment.The effect of clinical treatment between the two groups were observed and compared.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the study group was 96%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(76%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The data of left ventricular ejection fraction and 6-min walking distance in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of statins in the treatment of patients with chronic heart failure can obviously improve the clinical symptoms and promote the recovery of patients.
