Perioperative lung protection and fluid therapy in thoracic surgery have a direct impact on lung injury.Strengthening perioperative lung function protection and fluid management is very helpful for patients to recover after operation.In this paper,we summarize the research progress of lung protection and fluid therapy before,during and after thoracic surgery.
