右美托咪定(dexmedetomidine,以下简称DEX)是一种高选择性的α2肾上腺素能受体激动剂.近年来在产科区域麻醉方面,DEX作为局麻药的辅助用药在超声引导下腹横平面(TAP)阻滞和椎管内麻醉中应用的相关研究报道日渐增多,并取得了良好的临床效果.本文对近年来DEX在产科区域麻醉中应用的研究进展进行综述.

Dexmedetomidine(DEX)is a highly selectiveα2 adrenergic receptor agonist.In recent years,in the field of obstetric regional anesthesia,the research report on the application of DEX as an adjuvant for local anesthetic in TAP block and spinal anesthesia has been increasing,and has achieved good clinical results.This article reviews the recent advances in the application of DEX in obstetric regional anesthesia.
