胰岛素泵对糖尿病患者生命质量影响的研究

Study on the Effect of Insulin Pump on the Quality of Life of Diabetic Patients

目的分析糖尿病患者应用胰岛素泵治疗对其生命质量的影响.方法选取广州医科大学附属第三医院2017年1月至2019年1月收治的100例糖尿病患者,分为研究组和对照组,各50例.研究组胰岛素采用胰岛素泵泵入,对照组采用胰岛素笔皮下注射,比较两组生命质量和血糖控制情况.结果研究组治疗后空腹血糖,餐后2h血糖,糖化血红蛋白,与对照组治疗后各指标比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组治疗后生命质量总分为(92.7±4.8)分,显著低于对照组的(111.7±5.6)分,且研究组治疗后生命质量各维度评分低于对照组(P<0.05).结论胰岛素泵应用于糖尿病患者治疗,可有效控制患者血糖水平,提高患者的生命质量.

Objective To analyze the effect of insulin pump therapy on the quality of life of diabetic patients.Methods From January 2017 to January 2019,100 diabetics were selected from the third affiliated hospital of Guangzhou Medical University,divided into two groups.The insulin was pumped into the study group by insulin pump,and the control group was injected under insulin pen to compare the quality of life and blood sugar control in the two groups.Results There were significant differences in fasting blood glucose,2 hours postprandial blood glucose and HbA1c between the study group and the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the total score of quality of life in the study group was(92.7±4.8),significantly lower than that in the control group(111.7±5.6),and the scores of all dimensions of quality of life in the study group were lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of insulin pump in the treatment of diabetic patients can effectively control the blood sugar level of patients and improve the quality of life of patients.
