中药抗肾小管上皮细胞间充质转分化的临床研究进展

Clinical Research Progress on Anti-Mesenchymal Transition of Renal Tubular Epithelial cells

慢性肾衰竭患者在疾病的进展过程中,因肾小管上皮细胞间充质转分化(EMT),会出现不同程度的肾间质纤维化(RIF)。中药成分多种,且配伍具有多样性,现今医学界有不少研究发现,单味中药及经典方剂可以抗EMT,相比于西医治疗,其具有不可比拟的优势,可以达到理想的抗RIF效果。本文就中药抗EMT的临床研究进展做一综述。

During the progression of the disease,patients with chronic renal failure will have different degrees of renal interstitial fibrosis(RIF)due to renal tubular epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT).There are many kinds of traditional Chinese medicines and their compatibility is diverse.Many studies in the medical field have found that single-traditional Chinese medicine and classic prescriptions can resist EMT.Compared with western medicine,it has incomparable advantages and can achieve ideal anti-RIF effects.This article reviews the clinical research progress on anti-EMT of Chinese medicine.
