宫颈癌患者负性情绪调查及并发抑郁的相关危险因素分析

Negative Emotion Survey and Risk Factor Analysis in Patients with Cervical Cancer

目的探究宫颈癌患者负性情绪情况及其相关危险因素。方法回顾性分析无锡市锡山人民医院2015年5月至2019年5月诊治的368例宫颈癌患者的临床资料,将抑郁症状者作为观察组(149例),非抑郁症状者作为对照组(219例),比较2组临床资料,并进行单因素及Logistic回归分析。结果调查后发现,所有入选患者中情绪正常患者占12.22%,负性情绪患者占87.78%,其中最常见的是抑郁、焦虑、恐惧分别为40.49%、32.88%、10.33%,强迫、偏执负性情绪分别占2.99%、1.09%。比较2组资料发现,观察组文化程度、家庭收入水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);经放疗治疗、子宫切除比例,疼痛程度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。文化程度低、经放化疗治疗、子宫切除、疼痛程度中度以上、知晓病情、家庭月收入<2500元为宫颈癌发生抑郁的相关危险因素(OR=4.356,4.368,5.857,3.425,3.780,5.924,P<0.05)。结论患者文化程度低、经放化疗治疗、子宫切除、疼痛程度中度以上、知晓病情、家庭月收入<2500元是导致宫颈癌患者出现抑郁情绪的重要因素,临床应根据上述因素给予针对性干预措施,以帮助患者缓解心理压力、释放情绪,更好地接受治疗。

Objective To explore the negative emotional status and related risk factors in patients with cervical cancer.Methods Totally 368 patients with cervical cancer diagnosed and treated in Wuxi Xishan People's Hospital from May 2015 to May 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.Depressive symptoms were used as the observation group(149 cases),and non-depressive symptoms were used as the control group(219 cases).The clinical data of the two groups were compared and analyzed by univariate and logistic regression analysis.Results After the survey,it was found that among the selected patients,normal mood patients accounted for 12.22%,and negative emotion patients accounted for 87.78%.The most common were depression,anxiety,and fear of 40.49%,32.88%,and 10.33%,respectively.They accounted for 2.99%and 1.09%,respectively.Comparing the data of the two groups,it was found that the educational level and family income level of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);after radiotherapy,the proportion of hysterectomy and pain were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05)Low education,radiotherapy and chemotherapy,hysterectomy,moderate pain,knowledge of the condition and family income less than 2500 yuan per month were the risk factors for depression of cervical cancer(OR=4.356,4.368,5.857,3.425,3.780,5.924,P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with low level of education,chemoradiotherapy,hysterectomy,moderate pain level,knowledge of illness,and family monthly income<2500 yuan are important factors leading to depression in patients with cervical cancer.Clinically,targeted interventions should be given according to the above factors.To help patients relieve psychological stress,release emotions,and better receive treatment.
