鲁司特钠咀嚼片对中重度支气管哮喘患儿肺功能及Th1、Treg的影响

Effects of Montelukast Sodium Chewable Tablets on Lung Function and Th1 and Treg in Children with Moderate to Severe Bronchial Asthma

目的分析孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片对中重度支气管哮喘患儿肺功能及辅助性T细胞1(Th1)、调节性T细胞(Treg)的影响。方法对扬州友好医院2016年4月至2018年5月收治的112例中重度支气管哮喘患儿以回顾性分析开展研究,按治疗方式不同分为研究组和对照组,各56例。对照组予以布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用孟鲁斯特钠咀嚼片治疗,2组患儿均治疗2个月。观察治疗后2组患儿哮喘控制情况,比较治疗前后2组肺功能及Th1、Treg细胞比例变化情况。结果研究组治疗后哮喘控制总有效率为94.64%,高于对照组的78.57%(P<0.05);与治疗前比,治疗后2组第一秒用力呼气量(FEV1)、第一秒用力呼气量占用肺活量比值(FEV1/FVC)和呼气峰值流速(PEF%预计值)均升高,研究组高于对照组(P<0.05);2组Th1细胞比例均降低,研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);Treg细胞比例均升高,研究组高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后研究组不良反应发生率为7.14%,低于对照组的12.50%(P<0.05)。结论孟鲁斯特钠咀嚼片治疗中重度支气管哮喘疗效显著,可有效改善患儿临床症状,调整机体免疫功能,降低不良反应发生率,保护患儿肺功能。

Objective To analyze the effects of montelukast sodium chewable tablets on lung function and Th1 and Treg in children with moderate to severe bronchial asthma.Methods A total of 112 children with moderate to severe bronchial asthma treated in Yangzhou Friendship Hospital from April 2016 to May 2018 were selected for retrospective analysis.The treatment group was divided into study group and control group,each with 56 cases.The control group was treated with budesonide formoterol powder inhalation.The study group was treated with montelukast sodium chewable tablets on the basis of the control group.Both groups of children were treated for 2 months.Observe the asthma control status of the two groups of children after treatment,and compare the changes of lung function and Th1,Treg content in the two groups before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of asthma control in the study group after treatment was 94.64%,which was higher than the control group's 78.57%(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the predicted values of FEV1,FEV1/FVC,and PEF%were increased in the two groups after treatment.The group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);the Th1 content in both groups was reduced,and the study group was less than the control group;the Treg content was increased,and the study group was more than the control group(P<0.05);the post-treatment study The incidence of adverse reactions in the group was 7.14%,which was lower than 12.50%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Montelukast sodium chewable tablets have a significant effect on the treatment of moderate to severe bronchial asthma,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of children,adjust the body's immune function,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and protect children's lung function.
