疏血通联合依达拉奉对老年脑梗死患者神经功能及脑血流指标的影响

Effects of Shuxuetong Combined with Edaravone on Neurological Function and Cerebral Blood Flow Indexes in Elderly Patients with Cerebral Infarction

目的观察疏血通联合依达拉奉对老年脑梗死患者神经功能及脑血流指标的影响。方法回顾性分析2017年1月至2018年12月江苏省盐城市响水嘉明医院收治的老年脑梗死患者50例,根据入院顺序分为控制组与实验组,各25例。控制组采用依达拉奉治疗,实验组在控制组基础上联合疏血通治疗,周期为14 d。比较2组临床治疗效果、治疗前后脑血流指标和NIHSS、ADL评分、治疗后生存质量。结果治疗后实验组总有效率92.00%明显高于控制组76.00%(P<0.05)。与治疗前比,治疗后2组患者平均血流速度(Vm)、收缩期血流速度(Vs)均明显升高,且实验组明显高于控制组(P<0.05);治疗后2组搏动指数(PI)均明显降低,且实验组明显低于控制组(P<0.05)。与治疗前比,治疗后2组ADL评分明显升高,且实验组高于控制组(P>0.05);2组NIHSS评分明显降低,且实验组低于控制组(P<0.05)。治疗后实验组生存质量评分情绪、生理、躯体、社会各维度评分均明显高于控制组(P<0.05)。结论疏血通联合依达拉奉可明显提高老年脑梗死患者的治疗效果,改善脑血流指标,促进患者神经功能恢复,提升其生存质量,值得推广研究。

Objective To observe the effects of Shuxuetong combined with edaravone on neurological function and cerebral blood flow indexes in elderly patients with cerebral infarction.Methods Retrospective analysis selected 50 elderly patients with cerebral infarction admitted to Xiangshui Jiaming Hospital,Yancheng City,Jiangsu Province from January 2017 to December 2018.They were divided into a control group and an experimental group,each with 25 cases according to the order of admission.The control group was treated with edaravone,and the experimental group was combined with Shuxuetong treatment on the basis of the control group for a period of 14 d.The clinical treatment effect,cerebral blood flow index,NIHSS,ADL score,and quality of life after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate in the experimental group was 92.00%,which was significantly better than the control group's 76.00%(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,Vm and Vs in the two groups of patients were significantly increased after treatment,and the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the RI in both groups was significantly reduced,and the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the ADL score of the two groups increased significantly after treatment,and the experimental group was higher than the control group(P>0.05);the NIHSS score of the two groups was significantly lower,and the experimental group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of emotion,physiology,body and society in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05)Conclusion Shuxuetong combined with edaravone can obviously improve the therapeutic effect of elderly patients with cerebral infarction,improve the indexes of cerebral blood flow,promote the recovery of neurological function and improve their quality of life,which is worth popularizing.
