银杏内酯注射液对急性缺血性脑卒中患者NSE、S-100β及Hcy的影响

Clinical Efficacy and Neuroprotective Effect of Ginkgolide Injection on Acute Ischemic Stroke

目的研究银杏内酯注射液对急性缺血性脑卒中患者神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、中枢神经特异性蛋白(S-100β)及同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)的影响。方法选取宿迁市人民医院在2017年5月至2019年4月收治的144例急性缺血性脑卒中患者,将其随机分为观察组与对照组,各72例。对照组给予奥拉西坦联合阿司匹林肠溶片,观察组在此基础上给予银杏内酯注射液,治疗周期为2周。比较2组治疗效果,治疗前后精神状态、生活质量、神经缺损程度及血清NSE、S-100β、Hcy水平。结果观察组治疗总有效率97.22%明显高于对照组87.50%(P<0.05)。与治疗前比,治疗后2组患者MMSE、ADL评分均明显升高,且观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);2组NIHSS评分均明显降低,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。与治疗前比,治疗后2组血清NSE、S-100β及Hcy水平均明显降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论银杏内酯注射液可提高急性缺血性脑卒中患者的临床治疗效果,降低NSE、S-100β及Hcy水平,保护神经系统,促进其神经功能恢复。

Objective To study the effect of ginkgolide injection on NSE,S-100βand Hcy in patients with acute ischemic stroke.Methods Totally 144 patients with acute ischemic stroke admitted to Suqian people's Hospital from May 2017 to April 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,72 cases in each group.The control group was given olacetam combined with aspirin enteric coated tablets,and the observation group was given yinxinglactone injection on this basis.The treatment period was 2 weeks.The therapeutic effect,mental state,quality of life,nerve defect degree and serum NSE,S-100βand Hcy levels were compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 97.22%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 87.50%(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,MMSE and ADL scores of the two groups were significantly higher,and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);NIHSS scores of the two groups were significantly lower,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of NSE,S-100βand Hcy in the two groups were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ginkgolide injection can improve the clinical therapeutic effect of patients with acute ischemic stroke,at the same time,it can reduce the NSE,S-100βand Hcy level,protect the nervous system and promote the recovery of its neurological function.
