氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗老年冠心病的效果和对患者心功能的影响评价

The Effect of Clopidogrel and Aspirin in the Treatment of Senile Coronary Heart Disease and the Evaluation of Their Influence on the Heart Function

目的探析氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗老年冠心病和对心功能及活化部分凝血酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)的影响。方法选取江苏省阜宁县中医院2018年3月至2019年5月内收治的80例老年冠心病患者,按随机数表法分为对照组(n=38)和观察组(n=42),分别给予阿司匹林单药治疗、联合氯吡格雷治疗;4周为1疗程,治疗3疗程。对比临床疗效、治疗前后心功能、凝血指标改善情况。结果观察组临床疗效95.2%高于对照组的78.9%;治疗后,2组左心室射血分数(LVEF)、心输出量(CO)、组织型纤溶酶原激活物(t-PA)较治疗前升高,左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)降低,APTT、PT延长;与对照组比较,观察组LVEF、CO、t-PA升高,LVEDD、LVESD降低,APTT、PT延长(P<0.05)。结论氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗老年冠心病可有效提高临床疗效,改善心功能及凝血指标。

Objective To investigate the effects of clopidogrel combined with aspirin on cardiac function and APTT and PT in elderly patients with coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with coronary heart disease admitted to funing county hospital of traditional Chinese medicine in jiangsu province from March 2018 to May 2019 were selected and divided into control group(n=38)and observation group(n=42)according to the random number table.4 weeks for 1 course of treatment,3 courses of treatment.The clinical effect,cardiac function and coagulation indexes were compared before and after treatment.Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group(95.2%)was higher than that of the control group(78.9%).After treatment,the LVEF,CO,t-PA of the two groups were higher than before treatment,LVEDD,LVESD decreased,and APTT,PT prolonged;compared with the control group,LVEF,CO,t-PA in the observation group increased,LVEDD,LVESD decreased and APTT,PT prolonged(P<0.05).Conclusion Clopidogrel combined with aspirin can effectively improve the clinical efficacy,cardiac function and coagulation indexes in elderly patients with coronary heart disease.
