百令胶囊联合呼吸康复训练对慢阻肺患者肺功能及SaO2、PaCO2、PaO2的影响

Effects of Bailing Capsules and Respiratory Rehabilitation Training on Pulmonary Function and SaO2 PaCO2 PaO2 in COPD Patients

目的 探讨百令胶囊联合呼吸康复训练对慢阻肺患者肺功能及血氧饱和度(SaO2)、动脉二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)、动脉血氧分压(PaO2)的影响.方法 回顾性分析2017年10月至2019年6月大庆油田总医院收治的慢阻肺患者168例,按照治疗方式将患者分为对照组与观察组,各84例.对照组使用常规方法 治疗,观察组则联合百令胶囊治疗,2组治疗周期均为2周.2组均给予呼吸康复训练,训练周期为3个月.比较2组治疗2周后临床有效率;治疗前、治疗2周后血气指标及肺功能的变化;治疗前,治疗1个月后、2个月后、3个月后2组6min步行距离(6MWD).结果 观察组的临床总有效率为97.62%,高于对照组的90.48%;与治疗前相比,治疗2周后2组SaO2、PaO2、用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、FEV1/FVC及第1秒用力呼气容积占预计值百分比(FEV)均升高;且观察组高于对照组;2组PaCO2均降低,且观察组低于对照组;与治疗前相比,治疗1~3个月后2组6MWD均逐渐增加,且观察组治疗1~3月后的6MWD大于对照组(P<0.05).结论 百令胶囊联合呼吸康复训练可有效改善慢阻肺患者的肺功能及血气指标,增加患者的运动耐力,提高治疗效果.

Objective To explore the effect of Bailing capsule combined with respiratory rehabilitation training on pulmonary function and SaO2,PaCO2,PaO2 in patients with COPD.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 168 patients with COPD treated in Daqing Oilfield General Hospital from October 2017 to June 2019.The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group,each with 84 cases.The control group was treated with conventional methods,while the observation group was treated with Bailing capsules,and the treatment period was 2 weeks.Both groups were given respiratory rehabilitation training with a training period of 3 months.The clinical effectiveness of the two groups after 2 weeks of treatment was compared;the changes in blood gas parameters and lung function before and after 2 weeks of treatment.Results The total clinical effective rate in the observation group was 97.62%,which was higher than 90.48%in the control group;compared with before treatment,SaO2,PaO2,FVC,FEV,FEV1/FVC,and FEV increased in the two groups after 2 weeks of treatment;and The group was higher than the control group;PaCO2 decreased in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group;compared with before treatment,6MWD in the two groups gradually increased after 1-3 months of treatment,and 6MWD is greater than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Bailing capsule combined with respiratory rehabilitation training can effectively improve the pulmonary function and blood gas index of patients with COPD,increase exercise endurance and improve the treatment effect.
