子宫压缩缝合术B-lynch缝合法对产后出血患者FSH、E2的影响

Effect of B-lynch Suture on Uterine Compression Suture on FSH and E2 in Patients with Postpartum Hemorrhage

目的 研究子宫压缩缝合术B-lynch缝合法在产后出血患者促卵泡生成素(FSH)、雌二醇(E2)的影响.方法 选取连云港市赣榆区第二人民医院2015年1月至2019年9月收治的产后出血患者66例,随机分为参照组和研讨组,各33例.参照组采用宫腔填塞纱布法治疗,研讨组者采用子宫压缩缝合术B-lynch缝合法治疗.比较2组出血量及手术时间;术前、术后7d血清性激素指标的变化;不良反应发生率.结果 与参照组相比,研讨组出血量明显减少,住院时间明显缩短(P<0.05);与术前相比,术后7d2组血清FSH均升高,血清LH、E2均降低(P<0.05),研讨组与参照组血清FSH、LH、E2经对比无明显差异(P>0.05);研讨组的术后并发症发生率为9.09%,低于参照组的30.30%(P<0.05).结论 子宫压缩缝合术B-lynch缝合法可减少产后出血患者术中出血量,缩短住院时间,降低术后并发症发生率,且不影响性激素水平,值得临床推广应用.

Objective To study the effect of uterine compression suture B-lynch suture on FSH and E2 in postpartum hemorrhage patients.Methods Totally 33 patients with postpartum hemorrhage treated in our hospital from January 2015 to September 2019 were randomly divided into a reference group and a research group,each with 33 cases.The reference group was treated with gauze packing,and the study group was treated with B-lynch suture.The amount of bleeding and operation time were compared between the two groups;changes in serum sex hormone indexes before and 7 days after surgery;and the incidence of adverse reactions.Results Compared with the reference group,the bleeding volume in the study group reduced,and the length of hospital stay significantly reduced(P<0.05).Compared with before surgery,serum FSH increased and serum LH and E2 decreased in both groups at 7 days after surgery(P<0.05).0.05),there was no significant difference in serum FSH,LH,E2 between the study group and the reference group(P>0.05);the postoperative complication rate in the study group was 9.09%,which was lower than 30.30%in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion B-lynch suture can reduce the amount of intraoperative bleeding,shorten the hospital stay,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and does not affect the level of sex hormones.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
