盐酸非索非拉定联合四物消风散加减对慢性湿疹患者IFN-γ、IL-4的影响

Effects of Fexofiladine Hydrochloride Combined with Siwu Xiaofeng Powder on IFN-γand IL-4 in Patients with Chronic Eczema

目的 探讨盐酸非索非拉定联合四物消风散加减对慢性湿疹患者血清γ干扰素(IFN-γ)、白介素-4(IL-4)的影响.方法 回顾性分析西藏自治区阿里地区人民医院2015年1月至2018年12月收治的59例慢性湿疹患者,按照治疗方法 的不同分为观察组和对照组,观察组29例,对照组30例.对照组患者给予盐酸非索非拉定片进行治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用四物消风散, 2组治疗周期均为28d.比较2组临床总有效率、治疗前后血清IFN-γ、IL-4水平的变化、不良反应总发生率及治疗后半年后的复发情况.结果 观察组的治疗总有效率为96.55%,高于对照组为76.67%(P<0.05);与治疗前相比,治疗后2组血清IFN-γ均升高,且观察组高于对照组;2组血清IL-4水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);2组不良反应总发生率无明显差异(P>0.05);观察组的复发率为3.57%,低于对照组的26.09%(P<0.05).结论 盐酸非索非拉定联合四物消风散加减可调节血清IFN-γ、IL-4水平,改善慢性湿疹患者的临床症状,降低复发率,且不增加不良反应发生率.

Objective To investigate the effects of fexoflidine hydrochloride combined with Siwu Xiaofeng Powder on IFN-γand IL-4 in patients with chronic eczema.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 59 patients with chronic eczema admitted to the People's Hospital of Ali District,Tibet Autonomous Region from January 2015 to December 2018.They were divided into observation and control groups,29 in the observation group and 30 in the control group according to different treatment methods.Patients in the control group were treated with fexofiladine hydrochloride tablets,and the observation group was treated with Siwuxiaofeng powder on the basis of the control group.The treatment period in both groups was 28 days.The total clinical effectiveness,changes in serum IFN-γ,IL-4 levels before and after treatment,the overall incidence of adverse reactions,and recurrence after six months of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.55%,which was 76.67%higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);compared with before treatment,serum IFN-γincreased in both groups after treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group;serum IL-4 levels in the two groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the overall incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The recurrence rate in the observation group was 3.57%,which was lower than the 26.09%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Fexofiladine hydrochloride combined with Siwu Xiaofeng Powder can adjust serum IFN-γand IL-4 levels,improve clinical symptoms of patients with chronic eczema,reduce the recurrence rate,and do not increase the incidence of adverse reactions.
