宫腔球囊联合欣母沛对剖宫产产后出血患者止血效果及RBC、Hb水平的影响

Effect of Intrauterine Balloon and Xinmupei on Hemostatic Effect and RBC and Hb Levels in Patients with Postpartum Hemorrhage After Cesarean Section

目的 探讨宫腔球囊联合欣母沛对剖宫产产后出血患者止血效果及RBC、Hb水平的影响.方法 选取2014年3月至2016年3月吴江区中西医结合医院收治的60例剖宫产产后出血患者以回顾性分析开展研究,按治疗方式不同分为对照组和观察组,各30例.对照组给予欣母沛治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加宫腔球囊填塞治疗,比较治疗后2组止血效果、子宫切除率、中转ICU率、并发症发生率,治疗前后2组血常规指标、生命体征指标变化.结果 观察组止血有效率为100%,高于对照组的86.67%(P<0.05);子宫切除率、中转ICU率均为0,均低于对照组的16.67%、13.33%(P<0.05);并发症发生率为3.33%,低于对照组的20.00%(P<0.05);治疗前后2组平均动脉压、心率、体温差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);与治疗前比,治疗后2组红细胞(RBC)计数、血红蛋白(Hb)水平均增高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 宫腔球囊联合欣母沛治疗剖宫产产后出血可有效提高止血效果,减少RBC、Hb流失,降低并发症发生率,保护子宫功能.

Objective To investigate the effects of intrauterine balloon and Xinmupei on hemostatic effect and RBC and Hb levels in patients with postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section.Methods Totally 60 patients with cesarean section postpartum hemorrhage treated in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2016 were selected for retrospective analysis.they were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Xinmupei,the observation group was treated with intrauterine balloon tamponade on the basis of the control group.The hemostasis effect,hysterectomy rate,ICU transfer rate,and complication rate were compared between the two groups after treatment,and the changes in blood routine index and vital signs indicators of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results The effective rate of hemostasis in the observation group was 100%,which was higher than 86.67%in the control group(P<0.05).The hysterectomy rate and the rate of ICU transition were 0,corresponding lower to 16.67%and 13.33%in the control group(P<0.05);the complication rate was 3.33%,which was lower than 20.00%in the control group(P<0.05);there were no significant differences in mean arterial pressure,heart rate,and body temperature between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05);compared with before treatment,RBC count,Hb level of the two groups increased after treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Intrauterine balloon combined with Xinmupei for postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean section can effectively improve the hemostatic effect,reduce the loss of RBC and Hb,cut down the incidence of complications,protect the uterine function.
