鞋楦纵剖面的设计技术研究

对于鞋楦的设计制作,传统方法是先试制出楦型,然后将楦体纵向剖开,进而进行分析,测量出所需要的数据,在数据的基础上进行反复打磨和修补,制作出符合要求的鞋楦。修补和打磨时对鞋楦师傅的经验要求高,不易推广。根据脚型规律先做出标准的鞋楦纵剖面"卡板",以"卡板"作为"标准"和"规矩"。在"卡板"的制约下,鞋楦师傅能够快速地按照规范把鞋楦磨制出来,并且该方法易于学习掌握和推广。

For the design and manufacture of shoe lasts,the traditional method is to first try out the last shape,then cut the carcass longitudinally,and measure the required data,and repeatedly grind and repair based on the data.When repairing and polishing,the experience of the shoe last master is very important,and this method is difficult to promote.According to the law of the foot shape,a standard shoeboard longitudinal section"clipboard"was first made,and the"cardboard"was used as the"standard"and"rule".Under the restriction of"card board",the shoe last master can quickly grind the last according to the specifications,and this method is easy to learn and popularize.
