图书馆开展专利侵权信息追踪服务路径研究

Research on the Path for Library to Develop Patent Infringement Information Tracking Service

目前,国内部分高校及地方图书馆正在积极探索提升面向企业的信息服务能力。为适应提供与企业需求相匹配的专利侵权信息追踪服务,文章以国内图书馆现有的信息服务内容与服务模式为基础,构建了面向企业的专利侵权信息追踪新型路径,从而将产品信息与专利信息相融合,拓宽了专利侵权信息的来源,适用于追踪线上与线下两种类型的专利侵权行为,进而从增加开放数据服务供给与提升专利信息服务层次两方面对新型路径的实现对策进行研究。

Some domestic academic and local libraries are actively exploring to improve the information service ability for enterprises.In order to provide patent infringement information tracking services that match the needs of enterprises,based on the existing information service content and service mode of domestic libraries,this paper constructs a new path of patent infringement information tracking for enterprises,so as to integrate product information and patent information,broaden the source of patent infringement information,and apply to track both online and offline patent infringement behaviors,and then studies the implementation of the new path from two aspects:increasing the supply of open data services and improving the level of patent information services.
