摘要
综述了松花粉破壁方式、主要功能成分、保健作用及其产品加工利用情况,为今后松花粉的深入研发提供参考。
The methood of broken pine pollen,main functional components,health functions and the processing and utilization of pine pollen were summarized,which provided references for further research and development of pine pollen.
