摘要
针对传统重力式方块码头存在预制混凝土工程量大、水下施工困难的问题,依托巴拿马港口工程实例,对码头结构形式进行优化,借鉴格宾网箱石笼在内河码头应用的理念,研发一种新型钢框架重力式码头结构,并对其性能进行分析和评价。结果表明,该结构形式新颖、受力明确,能有效减少混凝土工程量和施工工序,提高水下施工效率,缩短施工工期。此码头结构已取得了良好的社会效益和经济效益,为类似工程提供参考。
Aiming at the problem that there are large quantity of precast concrete and underwater construction inconvenient in traditional gravity wharf,we optimize the wharf structure based on the port engineering in Panama,develop a new type of steel frame gravity wharf structure combining with the concept of Gabion net cage applied in the inland river wharf,and analyze and evaluate its performance.The results show that this structure type is novel and clear mechanical behavior,it can effectively reduce the concrete quantity and the construction process,improve the underwater construction efficiency and shorten the construction period.This structure also has achieved good social and economic benefits,which can provide references for the similar projects.
