双耳不对称性方向性策略对助听器使用者空间言语识别能力的提升 被引量:1

Enhancement of Spatial Speech Recognition Ability by the Binaural Asymmetric Directional Microphone Strategy for Hearing Aids

摘要 目的探究助听器麦克风的双耳不对称性方向性策略与双耳波束成型方向性策略在嘈杂环境下对助听器使用者言语识别阈的影响。方法筛选18例双侧中度到中重度感音性听力损失的受试者入组,每例受试者均交替佩戴双耳不对称性、双耳波束成型两种方向性技术的助听器,采用心爱飞扬言语测听软件中的噪声下中文BKB短句言语识别阈测试模块,测试每例受试者分别使用两种方向性技术助听器时,在多人交谈语噪声环境中当目标言语声来自前方、左侧、后方时的言语识别阈,统计分析两种方向性技术的差异。结果目标言语声来自正前方时,两种方向性策略助听下测得的受试者言语识别阈差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);目标言语声来自侧方及后方时,应用双耳不对称性方向性技术助听测得的受试者言语识别阈值显著低于使用双耳波束成型方向性技术助听时(P<0.01)。结论相比于双耳波束成型方向性策略,双耳不对称性方向性策略能提高助听器使用者在噪声环境中当言语声来自侧方及后方时的言语识别能力。 Objective To study the effects of asymmetric directionality strategy and beamforming directionality strategy used by hearing aids on speech recognition threshold in noisy environment.Methods Eighteen subjects with bilateral moderate to severe sensorineural hearing impairment were recruited to participate in the study.Each participant used two kinds of directional hearing aids alternatively.Mandarin BKB-SIN short sentences materials were used to test the speech recognition threshold of each participant in babble noises when the target speech sound came from the front,left and rear directions.Statistical differences were analyzed.Results When the target speech sound came from the front,there was no significant difference between the two directional strategies(P>0.05).When the target speech sound came from the left and the rear,the speech recognition threshold of binaural asymmetric directional strategy was significantly better than that of binaural beamforming(P<0.01).Conclusion Compared with the directional strategy of binaural beamforming,the directional strategy of binaural asymmetry can enhance the speech recognition ability of hearing aid users in noisy environment when the speech sound is not from the front.
