毛边锯材智能加工装备控制系统设计与试验 被引量:5

摘要 【目的】为了提高机械式毛边锯材清边机及人工检测手动进给的生产效率,降低加工成本,设计了基于视觉检测的毛边锯材智能加工装备的控制系统。【方法】通过分析毛边锯材智能加工装备的结构特点和控制要求,确定了基于工业以太网的总体控制框架,明确控制系统的研究方向。设计了基于工业以太网的通讯硬件平台,实现S7-200PLC的以太网通信设置。利用OPC通讯技术在计算机上搭建OPC服务器实现PLC与计算机数据通讯,从而实现整套控制系统的联网功能。在现场控制系统中利用三台S7-200PLC分别对上料、锯切、分拣设备进行独立式控制设计。在集中管理层中,主要实现系统的智能控制、数据存储和人机交互功能,系统中采用LabVIEW作为毛边锯材上位机的集中控制平台的开发平台,通过LabVIEW与OPC服务器的数据交互,间接实现LabVIEW对S7-200PLC设备系统智能控制;利用Access数据库软件为LabVIEW上位机建立毛边锯材数据库系统,以实现设备运行数据的科学管理。【结果】通过对毛边锯材智能加工装备控制系统试验平台的调试与试验表明:以太网通信稳定,LabVIEW上位机控制系统的各项功能正常,能实现对PLC的控制,数据库系统能够实现对数据的记录和查询。【结论】基于工业以太网技术的毛边锯材智能加工装备控制系统,可实现毛边锯材装备自动化、信息化、智能化的生产。 【Objective】In order to improve the production efficiency of mechanical edge cleaner and manual feed detection,and reduce the processing cost,a control system of intelligent processing equipment for edge saw based on visual inspection was designed.【Method】By analyzing the structural features and control requirements of the intelligent processing equipment of burr sawn timber,the overall control framework based on industrial Ethernet was determined,and the research direction of the control system was clarified.A communication hardware platform based on Industrial Ethernet was designed to realize the Ethernet communication setting of S7-200 PLC.Using OPC communication technology to set up OPC server on the computer to achieve PLC and computer data communications,then to achieve the entire control system networking capabilities.In the field control system,three S7-200 PLCs were independently control feeding,sawing and sorting equipment.In the centralized management layer,the system mainly realized intelligent control,data storage and humancomputer interaction functions.LabVIEW was used as the development platform for the centralized control platform of the host computer for burr sawn timber.The data exchange between LabVIEW and the OPC server was performed.And Access database software was used to establish a raw edge lumber database system for LabVIEW host computer to achieve scientific management of equipment operation data.【Result】After debugging and experimentation on the system,it shows that Ethernet communication is stable,and the functions of the LabVIEW upper computer control system are normal,which can realize the control of the PLC and the database system can record and query data.【Conclusion】Based on Industrial Ethernet technology,the control system of intelligent processing equipment for burr sawn timber realizes the automation,information,and intelligent production of the burr sawn timber.
