摘要 巴哈赛车由于运行路况复杂,悬架系统的设计显得尤为重要.为提高设计效率,缩短设计周期,基于ADAMS软件对巴哈赛车悬架系统进行了运动仿真与优化设计.根据整车基本参数,利用ADAMS/Car建立虚拟样机,通过ADAMS/Insight分析硬点坐标与悬架参数的影响关系,根据分析结果对硬点坐标进行优化,使悬架技术参数接近设计目标值.分析结果显示:巴哈赛车的前悬架上摆臂前点Z坐标、前悬架上摆臂后点Z坐标、转向横拉杆外点Z坐标对巴哈赛车车轮定位参数的影响系数较大;后悬架上横拉杆外点X、Y、Z坐标对巴哈赛车后悬性能参数的影响系数较大.优化相应硬点坐标并仿真,可使悬架技术参数接近设计目标值.经过实车跑动验证,该优化方法可以提高巴哈赛车悬架设计效率,提高整车性能. The suspension system design of off-road vehicle is very important due to the complicated road condition.In order to improve the design efficiency and shorten the design cycle,motion simulation and optimization design of baja racing suspension system were carried out based on ADAMS software.According to the basic parameters of the whole vehicle,a virtual prototype was built by means of ADAMS/Car,and the motion simulation analysis of baja racing suspension was conducted.Through ADAMS/Insight analysis of the influence relationship between hard point coordinates and suspension parameters,it is known that the influence coefficient of the front point Z coordinates of the swing arm on the front suspension,the back point Z coordinates of the swing arm on the front suspension and the outside point Z coordinates of the steering lever on the wheel positioning parameters of baja racing car is relatively large.The influence coefficient of the outer point X,Y and Z of the horizontal pull rod of the rear suspension and the rear suspension performance parameters of baja racer are relatively large.Through the simulation test,the hard point position was optimized to make the suspension technical parameters close to the design target value.After the running test,the optimization method can improve the suspension design efficiency of baja racing car and improve the performance of the whole vehicle.
