Research Progress on Components of Bee Pollen and Its Pharmacological Activity

对蜂花粉营养成分及药理活性进行综述,为蜂花粉的开发利用提供参考。经数据库检索,查阅国内外公开发表的文章,从蜂花粉的化学成分及药理功效2个方面进行综述。蜂花粉富含膳食纤维、脂类、多糖、蛋白质、挥发性成分、甾类、多酚和无机成分等多种有效成分;蜂花粉具有抗肿瘤、抗氧化、皮肤保护和保护肝损伤等多种药理活性。蜂花粉活性成分与药理活性有密切关系,化学成分研究有利于蜂花粉的进一步开发利用。

In order to provide reference for the development and utilization of bee pollen,this article reviewed the nutritional components and pharmacological activities.Bee pollen was rich in many kinds of effective components,such as dietary fiber,lipids,polysaccharides,proteins,volatile ingredients,steroids,polyphenols,inorganic ingredients.Bee pollen had a variety of pharmacological activities such as anti-tumor,anti-oxidation,skin protection and liver damage protection.There was a close relationship between the active components of bee pollen and its pharmacological activities.The study of chemical components was conducive to the further development and utilization of bee pollen.
