设计了一套基于时间序列规则的具有预警机制的省、市、县预警信息发布分布式监控系统。用户通过WEB登录访问服务器,可对短信、大喇叭、显示屏、传真、邮件、微信、微博等预警信息发布多手段的设备状态、工作时间、突发事件类别、发布机关、发布时间、发布过程、发布内容、发布状态、警示事项、起始时间、预警级别、信息量等进行监控管理,可使全省预警信息纳入统一管理。该系统具有故障报警和预警信息发布的统计、分析、综合展示、检索及报表功能。

The monitoring system is a distributed monitoring system based on time series rules with early warning information distribution in provinces,cities and counties.Users log in to the server via WEB.Device status of multi-vehicle platforms,working time,release process,early warning level can be controlled and managed,ensuring the safe operation of warning information release.Early warning messages can also be forwarded and pushed to relevant portals.The system also has functions of fault-alarming,counting,analyzing,displaying,retrieving and reporting for early warning information release.
