基于图像技术的高压铁塔喷涂质量检测

High voltage iron tower spraying quality inspection based on image technology

摘要 针对铁塔喷涂图像的特点,提出了一种分类器,能够将不同等级的喷涂质量图像进行分类。该分类器可快速进行喷涂在线采样图像分类,完成对喷涂效果的评价,控制单元将根据评价结果决定是否重新补喷。实验表明,该方法对高压铁塔喷涂质量检测是可行的。 According to the characteristics of spraying image of iron tower,a classifier is proposed to classify different levels of spray quality images.The classifier can quickly perform on-line sampling image classification to complete the evaluation of the spraying effect.The control unit will decide whether to re-spray or not based on the evaluation results.Experiments show that this method is feasible for quality inspection of high-pressure tower spraying.
