摘要
为了避免离网光伏储能一体机在长期户外工作中,因结构的刚度和强度问题而产生振动和松动现象。使用ANSYS Workbench软件对其进行静力学与模态分析。根据分析结果,对离网光伏储能一体机的薄弱部分进行优化设计与改进,通过优化前后的静力学与模态分析对比可知,经优化后离网光伏储能一体机有效地提高了其振动特性,有效避免与变压器模块产生共振现象,其结构刚度与强度也得以显著提高。该优化设计,为离网光伏储能一体机的设计和改进提供了方法和依据。
In order to avoid the off-grid photovoltaic energy storage integrated machine in the long-term outdoor work,due to structural rigidity and strength problems,vibration and looseness occur,firstly,static and modal analysis was performed using ANSYS Workbench software.According to the analysis results,the weak design of the integrated off-grid photovoltaic energy storage machine is optimized and improved.By comparing the static and modal analysis before and after optimization,the optimized integrated off-grid photovoltaic energy storage machine effectively improves its vibration.Characteristics,and effectively avoid resonance with the transformer module,its structural rigidity and strength are also significantly improved.The optimized design provides a method and basis for the design and improvement of the integrated off-grid photovoltaic energy storage machine.
