论1937—1942年延安文艺报刊在经济困境中的出版与发行制度改革

On Reforms in the Publishing and Distribution System for Yan’an Literary and Art Press in the Economic Predicament from 1937 to 1942

1937到1942年间,延安文艺报刊的出版之所以能在经济困难中保持活跃与发行制度改革息息相关。1941年以前,供给制运作机制中的延安文艺报刊,其发行主要是以去市场化的赠送制为主。赠送制在保证延安文艺报刊事业的萌发与完成模范边区传播任务的同时,也阻碍了它的进一步发展。皖南事变后,严峻的经济形势促使延安的报刊发行制度由以往的赠送制改为购买制。发行制度的改革,一方面为延安文艺报刊的出版发行解决了资金短缺的问题,使其在经济困境中继续发展;另一方面也推动了延安文艺报刊发行网络的发展,使其传播范围与传播效率大为提高。这一切都为延安新民主主义文艺运动的进一步发展奠定了基础。

From 1937 to 1942,the publishing of literary and art newspapers and periodicals in Yan’an was very active,which was closely related to the reform in the distribution system for newspapers and periodicals.Prior to 1941,the publication of Yan’an literary and art newspapers and periodicals was mainly based on the de-market gift system.Though the gift system could ensure the germination of the Yan’an literary and art newspapers and periodicals cause and accomplish the task of popularizing model border areas,it also hindered the further development of those newspapers and periodicals.The severe economic situation after the Southern Anhui Incident prompted Yan’an newspaper and periodical distribution system to change from a gift system to a purchase one.On the one hand,the reform of the distribution system has removed the shortage of funds for the publication and distribution of Yan’an literary and art newspapers and periodicals,thus enabling them to develop in the economic stress;on the other hand,it has also promoted the development of the publishing and distribution network for Yan’an literary and art newspapers and periodicals,and has greatly improved the scope and efficiency of their dissemination.All these have laid a foundation for the further development of the New Democracy Literature and Art Movement in Yan’an.
