摘要
为了研究分离式圆钢管柱套筒节点的抗震性能,对分离式套筒节点和外环板节点进行了抗震对比试验研究,主要对试件节点破坏现象和节点的滞回曲线、刚度退化、极限承载力和延性等受力性能特征进行了对比,分析其抗震性能和变形能力。试验结果表明:新型分离式套筒节点与柱的连接更紧密,能够保证节点核心区的受力,满足“强节点,弱构件”的设计原则;套筒厚度从8 mm增加到10 mm时,能较大幅度提升节点的力学性能;当套筒厚度和外环板厚度都为10 mm时,套筒节点的抗震性能略优于外环板节点。
In order to study the seismic performance of the separated round steel tube column sleeve joints,the seismic comparison test of the separated sleeve joint and the outer ring plate joint is carried out,mainly for the failure phenomenon of the specimen joint and the hysteresis curve,stiffness degradation and ultimate bearing capacity of the joint.Compared with the performance characteristics such as ductility,seismic performance and deformation capacity are analyzed.The test results show that the new separate sleeve joints and columns are more densely welded,which can ensure the stress of the core area of the joint and meet the design principle of“strong nodes and weak components”;When the thickness of the sleeve is increased from 8 mm to 10 mm,the mechanical properties of the joint can be greatly improved;When the thickness of the sleeve and the thickness of the outer ring plate are both 10 mm,the seismic performance of the sleeve joint is slightly better than that of the outer ring plate node.
