摘要 自我管理指的是在卫生保健专业人员的协助下,个人承担一些预防性或治疗性的卫生保健活动,经外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管术(PICC)自我管理能力是指PICC置管患者在医护人员的指导下,通过日常生活中对导管的防护、带管运动的管理、日常导管的观察、导管异常情况应对、导管维护信息获取、维护依从性管理、使患者树立PICC导管管理的信心,以预防和减少导管相关并发症的发生,使患者能够顺利完成治疗.
