肾衰宁颗粒联合二肽基肽酶-4抑制剂对糖尿病肾病患者血糖控制及肾功能的影响 被引量:13

摘要 糖尿病肾病属糖尿病常见并发症,可使患者出现浮肿、尿蛋白、高血压、慢性肾功能不全等临床表现,具有较高危害性,若不及时有效治疗可使病情不断进展引发尿毒症,是导致患者死亡的主要原因.目前临床尚缺乏糖尿病肾病根治方法,多于早期采用降血糖、降血压、控制尿蛋白等药物治疗以延缓疾病发展,保护患者肾功能.二肽基肽酶-4抑制剂是临床常用降糖药物,可有效提升胰岛细胞活性,平稳控制血糖.肾衰宁颗粒是中医治疗慢性肾衰竭的常用药物,其治疗效果已受到医学界广泛认可,但其对糖尿病肾病的疗效仍缺乏研究.本研究选取我院糖尿病肾病患者64例,分组研究肾衰宁颗粒联合二肽基肽酶-4抑制剂对糖尿病肾病患者血糖控制及肾功能的影响.现报告如下.
