三元煤矿超长综放工作面矿压显现规律研究 被引量:5

摘要 为了掌握超长综放工作面矿压显现规律及发生机理,采用现场实测和理论分析的方法对三元煤矿1312超长综放工作面回采期间的矿压显现特征、液压支架适应性和周期来压规律进行了研究。结果表明:工作面平均初次来压步距18.3 m,周期来压步距8.4 m,支架动载系数1.38,平均初撑力4913 kN,来压期间平均循环末工作阻力9741 kN,前柱平均工作阻力大于后柱1557 kN。主关键层的破断距离和对支架的载荷与实测的平均周期来压步距及来压期间循环末工作阻力基本一致,工作面矿压显现受上覆主关键层破断后回转运动的影响,与亚关键层的运动关系不大。 In order to grasp the behavior law and mechanism of mine strata pressure in super-long fully mechanized caving face,the characteristics of mine strata pressure,adaptability of hydraulic support and periodic weighting law are studied while mining 1312 ultra long fully mechanized caving face in Sanyuan mine by field measurement and theoretical analysis.The results show that the average first weighting interval is 18.3 m,the periodic weighting length is 8.4 m,the dynamic load coefficient of the support is 1.38,the average setting force is 4913 kN,the average cycle end working resistance is9741 kN,and the average working resistance of the front column is 1557 kN more than the back.The breaking distance and load on the support of the main key stratum are basically consistent with the measured average periodic weighting length and cycle end working resistance.The mining strata pressure behavior of mining face is affected by the rotation motion of the main key stratum after breaking,and has little relationship with the movement of the sub-key stratum.
