摘要
由于小煤窑开采,矿区内存有较多老(空)巷及采空区。部分巷道需要穿越采空区或空巷,后期在矿山压力的作用下,巷道密闭墙及巷道周边产生了诸多裂隙,导致遗煤自燃,巷内一氧化碳含量超标,极大地影响了矿井安全生产。针对柳湾煤矿生产地质条件,开展巷道过空巷及采空区巷道围岩控制与注浆防灭火技术研究,通过对巷道围岩的注浆充填加固,达到控制巷道围岩变形,同时对于解决柳湾煤矿遗煤自燃,巷内一氧化碳超标,创造安全的生产环境,实现矿井高效生产,具有重要的意义。
As a result of small coal kiln mining, there are many old(empty) roadways and goaf in the mining area. Some roadways need to pass through goaf or empty roadway. Under the action of mine pressure in the later stage, there are many cracks in the closed wall of the roadway and the surrounding of the roadway, which results in spontaneous combustion of the remaining coal, and the carbon monoxide content in the roadway exceeds the standard, which greatly affects the safety production of the mine. Aiming at the geological conditions of production in Liuwan coal mine, the control of surrounding rock of roadway through empty roadway and goaf and the technology of grouting fire prevention and extinguishing are carried out. The deformation of surrounding rock of roadway is controlled by grouting filling and strengthening of surrounding rock of roadway. At the same time, to solve the problem of spontaneous combustion of residual coal in Liuwan coal mine, carbon monoxide in roadway exceeds the standard and create safety. It is of great significance to realize the high efficiency production of mine in the production environment of the coal mine.
