柳沟煤矿9#煤层综采液压支架选型方案分析 被引量:5

摘要 为了实现液压支架选型的可靠性和经济合理性,以柳沟煤矿9#煤层支护设计为例,通过煤层综合柱状图分析、煤层及顶底板采样测试,获得了液压支架选型基础数据和依据,通过选型常规公式、初次来压强度法和岩石自重与动载系数法等多种选型理论的计算比选,综合确定了适合的液压支架型号,经过近10 a的实际采煤过程支护效果的观测,未发生支护问题,为同类型采煤工作面的液压支架选型设计提供参考和依据。 In order to realize the reliability and economic rationality of hydraulic support selection,takes the 9#coal seam support design of Liugou coal mine as an example.Through the analysis of coal seam comprehensive histogram,coal seam and top and bottom plate sampling test,the hydraulic support selection is obtained.The basic data and basis,through the selection of conventional formula,initial pressure strength method and rock weight and dynamic load coefficient method and other selection theory calculations,comprehensively determine the appropriate hydraulic support model,after nearly 10 years of actual.The observation of the support effect of the coal mining process has not caused the support problem,and provides reference and basis for the selection and design of the hydraulic support of the same type of coal mining face.
