摘要
为进一步提高固体充填液压支架的自动化程度,解决充填液压支架自动控制中精度和联动性能差的问题,提出了一种基于PLC的固体充填液压支架自动控制系统,并分析了充填液压支架自动化控制的需求,对充填自动控制、工作面顶板管理、支架跟机自动控制、系统单体控制方案以及联动控制方案进行了研究,实现了固体充填液压支架的自动控制,提高了充填液压支架的稳定性和可靠性。
In order to further improve the automation of solid-filled hydraulic support and solve the problem of poor precision and linkage performance in the automatic control of filling hydraulic support,a solid-filled hydraulic support automatic control system based on PLC is proposed,and the requirements of the automatic control of filling hydraulic support is analyzed.The automatic control of filling,roof management of working face,automatic control of bracket following machine,control scheme of system unit and linkage control scheme are studied,realizing automatic control of solid-filled hydraulic support,improving the stability and reliability of filling hydraulic support.
