瓦斯孔疏通作业机挠性管力学分析

摘要 从瓦斯孔疏通作业机工作原理着手,分析挠性管失效形式,利用Pro/MECHANICA及ANSYS有限元分析软件对挠性管进行力学分析,得到挠性管的承载能力与夹持块包容挠性管的面积、滚筒直径、挠性管椭圆度之间的关系。通过疲劳试验进一步分析挠性管出现破坏时工作次数,为更换挠性管提供参考。 Felxibility tube failure was analysised starting with operation theory of gas drainage borehole dredging machine.Force analysis of felxibility tube was proceeded with Pro/MECHANICA and ANSYS software,the relationship between loading capability of felxibility tube with its ellipticity,area holded by clamping block and roller diameter can be accessed.The times that felxibility tube was damaged during operation was further analysised through fatigue test,which provides reference for replacing it.
