摘要
骨桥蛋白(Osteopontin,OPN)是一种促进子宫与孕体相互识别的主要候选因子,在胚胎着床和胎盘形成发育过程中发挥着重要作用。大量的研究表明,子宫内膜腺上皮分泌OPN经过磷酸化酶修饰后分布到子宫腔,并与子宫腔上皮和滋养外胚层上的整合素受体或CD44受体连接,启动一系列信号通道促进胚胎的粘附着床。胚胎着床后,母胎界面的OPN刺激胎盘血管的生成以及调节母胎之间Ca2+流量等,以促进胎盘形成和发育。近年来,OPN对胎盘发育的作用越来越受到关注。基于此,文章对OPN的结构和功能,及其在促进子宫与孕体相互识别、胚胎着床、胎盘发育和形成中的作用进行了综述,以供同行参考。
The placenta is of utmost importance for intrauterine fetal development and growth.Placental formation and development is an extremely complex process in the uterus.Osteopontin(OPN),also known as secreted phosphoprotein 1(SPP1),is a member of the small integrin-binding ligand N-linked glycoprotein(SIBLING)family of extracellular matrix proteins/cytokines.OPN bridges trophectoderm of embryos and uterine endometrium in the period of implantaion and placentation.In recent years,more and more attention has been paid to the role of OPN in placental development.This paper reviewed the role of OPN in promoting mutual recognition between uterus and oosperm,in the mechanism of embryo implantation process and in the formation of the placenta,with a view to providing reference for peers.
