Fault Diagnosis of CINRAD/CA Weather Radar Slip Ring

吴忠新一代天气雷达CINRAD/CA运行4年多,多次因汇流环运行故障导致雷达无法正常运转,通过2次典型的故障案例,分析吴忠新一代天气雷达因汇流环短路、断路导致天线运行故障的原因,采用代替、对换、隔离以及测量分析等多种方法,找出故障原因,给出排除故障的解决措施,为今后类似的雷达故障分析提供借鉴。

Because Wuzhong’s new generation weather radar CINRAD/CA has been operated for more than four years,the radar can’t operate normally for the malfunction of the antenna.In this paper,the antenna operation failure of Wuzhong’s new generation weather radar due to the short circuit and open circuit of the bus loop are studied by means of substitution,exchange,isolation and measurement analysis.The causes of the fault are fund out and the troubleshooting measures are present,which provides a reference for similar radar fault analysis in the future.
