甲醇制丙烯分子筛催化剂废弃物超细化工艺研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了实现甲醇制丙烯用分子筛催化剂因积碳失活废弃物的资源化利用,利用行星磨对其进行了超细化处理,系统探讨了球磨工艺参数对超细化工艺的影响。结果表明,在球磨时间为9 h,球磨转速为360 r/min,球料质量比为5:1,直径分别为1,3,5 mm的研磨球质量配比为60%:30%:10%的最佳球磨工艺参数下,可以批量获得中位粒径为1.94μm的废弃甲醇制丙烯用分子筛催化剂超细粉体。 In order to make better use of the deactivation molecular sieve catalyst waste from the process of methanol to propylene,the ultra-fine process was carried out by planetary mill,the influence of ball milling process parameters on ultrafine powder was discussed.The results show that the optimal grinding time,rotation speed,ratio of ball to material and mass ratio of grinding balls with diameter of 1,3,5 mm are 9 h,360 r/min,5∶1 and 60%∶30%∶10%,respectively.At the end,the ultra-fine powder(D50=1.94μm)of deactivation molecular sieve catalyst waste from methanol to propylene is obtained.
