摘要
针对现行的测定三聚甲醛中甲缩醛、甲酸甲酯、甲醇、苯、二氧戊环含量的方法存在分析时间长、检出限较高等问题,采用气相色谱法,对气相色谱仪的柱温、载气流速等典型色谱条件进行了优化,并对方法进行了确认。结果表明,样品分析时间从23 min缩短至10.25 min;各个组分分离度均大于1.5,对称因子几乎接近于1;样品中甲缩醛、甲酸甲酯、甲醇、苯的检出限均为0.12 mg/kg,二氧戊环的检出限为0.10 mg/kg。
Gas chromatography was used to detect methylal,methyl formate,methanol,benzene and dioxolane in trioxymethylene to overcome the lacks of long test time and high detecting limit of the existing methods.The typical chromatographic conditions such as column temperature and carrier gas flow rate were optimized.The results show that the analytical time is shortened from 23 minutes to 10.25 minutes,the resolution of each component is more than 1.5,and the symmetry factor of each component is almost close to 1.In this method,the limits of quantification of methylal,methyl formate,methanol and benzene are all 0.12 mg/kg,and 0.10 mg/kg for dioxolane.
