烧结漏风率对烟气循环烧结的影响

摘要 根据烟气循环烧结工艺特点以及现场应用情况,研究了烧结机不同漏风率对烟气循环烧结循环风量及风量平衡的影响,以及在不同烧结漏风率条件下的烟气最大循环比例。通过研究可知,在设计过程中,在较高的烧结漏风率条件下,应尽量考虑减少循环风量或扩大循环密封罩的覆盖范围,以达到生产适宜的风量平衡。本研究为烟气循环烧结工艺的应用提供了理论指导。 According to the technical characteristics and field application of flue gas circulation sintering process,the effects of sintering air leakage rate on circulating gas volume and wind balance in flue gas circulation sintering process is studied,and the maximum circulating gas rates are determined in different air leakage rates.The research shows that,under a higher air leakage rate condition,in order to get a suitable wind balance,the circulating gas volume should be reduced and the coverage area of circulating seal cover should be expanded in design process.This research would provide theoretical guidance to the application of flue gas circulation sintering process.
