摘要
本文介绍了Φ244.48 mm×10.03 mm套管定径孔型设计原理和过程,在使用初始设计孔型参数生产Φ244.48 mm×10.03 mm套管时,钢管内表面有纵向凸起,分析是由于定径机减径率过大造成,通过对定径机孔型参数进行优化,在后续生产中未发现类似缺欠,提高了钢管内表面质量。
This paper introducesΦ244.48 mm×10.03 mm groove design principle and process of tube diameter,pass in the use of the initial design parameters productionΦ244.48 mm×10.03 mm casing,pipe inner surface has vertical projection,analysis is caused by excessive sizing machine reducing rate,based on the sizing mill groove parameters optimization,found no similar defect in the subsequent production,improve the quality of the steel pipe inner surface.
